Privacy Policy

Lateish (“Lateish”, “we”, “us”) provides a software platform for beverage brands, agencies, and distributors to manage sales territories, distributor performance, market targets, and field team activity (the “Service”). This policy explains what information we collect through the Service — on the web and in our mobile app — and how we use it.

We collect information in three ways: what you give us, what your organization enters into the Service, and what's generated automatically as you use it.

• Account information. Name, email address, and profile photo, collected when you sign up or sign in — directly, or via Google or Apple sign-in.
• Organization and business data. Brand, account, SKU, territory, order, and performance data that you or your organization enter into the Service, including business addresses and account contact details your organization adds to the Sales Map (looked up via Google Places / Maps, not your personal location).
• Field location (mobile app only).If you grant permission, the Lateish mobile app uses your device's location to show your position on the Sales Map while you're actively using it. You can withdraw this permission at any time in your device settings.
• Interaction records. Notes, visit logs, and — where you choose to use it — voice recordings and their transcriptions, that you create when logging interactions with accounts. Photos you upload to confirm a field visit.
• Calendar data (optional). If you connect Google Calendar, we access calendar event data to the extent needed for the feature you enable (see Section 4).
• Usage data. Pages viewed, features used, and device/browser information, collected via product analytics tooling to help us understand and improve the Service.

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including the Sales Map, dashboards, and reports built from the data your organization enters.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To send you notifications you've opted into (e.g. push notifications for follow-ups or visit reminders).
• To understand how the Service is used, so we can fix problems and improve it.
• To communicate with you about your account or respond to support requests.

Where you choose to connect Google Calendar, Lateish requests access to your calendar solely to create, read, or update events related to features you explicitly enable (such as scheduling account visits or follow-up reminders). We do not use this data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Lateish's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect Google Calendar access at any time from your Lateish integration settings, and separately from your Google Account permissions.

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Other members of your organization, to the extent the Service is designed to share that data across your team (that's the point of a shared sales platform).
• Service providers who process data on our behalf, under contract, including our database and authentication provider (Supabase), our mapping and address-lookup provider (Google), push notification delivery (Expo), and product analytics (PostHog).
• Law enforcement or regulators, only where required by law.
• A successor entity, if Lateish is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale — you'd be notified first.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you or your organization's admin deletes your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain it for legal, accounting, or security reasons.

We use industry-standard measures — encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level data isolation between organizations — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

• You can access and update most of your account information directly in the Service.
• You can revoke Google Calendar access at any time (Section 4).
• You can turn off location access and push notifications in your device settings at any time.
• You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us at support@lateish.co.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (e.g. under GDPR or CCPA) to access, correct, or delete your data, or to object to certain processing — contact us to exercise these.

The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you through the Service or by email. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
